Abstract
This article were reweals the questions of services sector in uzbekistan: current situation, challenges and development perspectives. The social development of society, the development and complication of the sphere of material production, the growing importance of the factor of scientific and technological progress have led to an increase in the demand for intangible goods. As the services sector develops rapidly, it provides more and more labor force, contributes to the increase in tax revenues to the state budget, fixed foreign exchange earnings to foreign exchange reserves.In particular, the development of paid services will play an important role in achieving balance in the domestic consumer market, expanding domestic demand, which is an important condition for economic growth and employment.
