Today, small businesses require responsible and enterprising workers to be effective, highly organized, and striving for self-awareness of the individual’s work. Only people who know the essence of their activities and strive to achieve the goals of the organization can expect high results. In order to do this, it is necessary to study and evaluate the motivation of employees to effectively manage it. This article discusses ways to effectively manage employee work motivation.
