Abstract
This paper analyzes a multi-server (M/M/C) queue with synchronous vacation policy in fuzzy. Approximate method of extension namely DSW algorithm is used to define membership functions of the performance measures. It is based on the α-cut representation of fuzzy sets in a standard interval analysis.Arrivalrate,servicerate,vacationratearepentagonalfuzzynumbers.Performancemea suressuch as fuzzy expected number of customers in queue, fuzzy expected waiting time of a customer in queue have been obtained. Numerical example is illustrated to test the feasibility of themodel.
