Abstract
The purpose of the paper is to adopt the problem solving approach by using problem definition card. It is one of the tools of problem solving that helps in framing the problem by asking right questions, describing the project on what needs to be done to solve the problem and framing the diagnosis by asking who or why questions (Chevalier, 2016, pp. 21-27).
