It successfully takes all the leadership styles developed over the years and combines them to form one leadership theory that encapsulates leading through inspiring. To examine leadership style, knowledge level, and team cohesiveness as antecedents of team performance. Charismatic leadership was associated with a higher level of team cohesiveness, as compared to transactional leadership. Both knowledge level and team cohesiveness forecast team performance.
