Abstract
The Preemptive-Resume priority of a fuzzy queuing model with Erlang service distribution is investigated in this work. The arrival rate and service rate are both triangular fuzzy numbers. The objective is to use a simple and conducive Robust ranking algorithm to turn the fuzzy arrival rate and service rate into crisp numbers. Furthermore, the model’s efficacy is calculated for various number of phases.
