Abstract
The results indicated the higher effect concentration of Coleus leaf water extract was 3.5 and 4 mg.ml-1 which had an inhibitory effect against Gram positive bacteria S. aureus, Gram negative bacteria K. Pneumonia, in addition, candida albicans had an inhibitory diameter zone at 3.5 and 4 mg.ml-1. While, the ethanolic leaves extracts exhibited the largest inhibition zones of S. aureus, K. Pneumonia and candida albicans at the concentration 4 mg.ml-1
