Abstract

Mobile Banking is one of the channels of banks used to deliver banking services. It is a system that allows the customers to conduct his or her transactions using a mobile phone or a Personal Digital Assistance (PDA). Mobile Banking refers to provision and availing of banking and financial services with the help of mobile telecommunication devices. The scope of offered services may include facilities to conduct bank and stock market transactions, to administer accounts and to access customised information. This paper stepped to analysis the gap between awareness and utilization of mobile banking.
