Abstract

Caspase plays a pivotal role in cells regular action by control inflammation and
cell death which relate to versatile nature of particular enzymes. Caspases 3, 8, and 9are
located at critical junctions in apoptosis pathways. Apoptosis is a physical security against
defect and illness that proceed programmed cell death. The process of apoptosis include a
variance of enzyme technicality. This article is designed to explain the role and importance
of caspases in addition to their function.
