At present, the inspection of safety valves is mainly carried out by manual operation or semi-automatic operation, and it requires a lot of manpower operation costs. Moreover, the measurement of different pressure ranges is performed using only a single pressure sensor such that the test precision is insufficient. In this study, a high-precision safety valve test with four testing channels(socket) was proposed, and an manual man made testing system was developed. In this system, the user can define the test specifications through parameter setting. The system can manually execute the complete test control process and judge whether the test was passed based on the measured data. In this project for the low, middle, and high test pressures, the safety valves of four different states were tested respectively and the test reports were parameter noted . Finally, it statistically analyzed the test results for the diagnosis of the safety valve failure. Therefore, the results of this research may effectively solve the problems of current safety valve testing and improve its operational efficiency and test quality. All materials used in the fabrication of this machine are of standard specification and locally sourced.  The equipment also eliminated dependency on the 3rd party, reducing testing valve cost. This machine eliminates the problems and limitations to a greater extent. In this way the production rate increases, time saving as compared to dependency on 3 rd party. Monitoring Mental Well-Being and Depression Detection System https://www.journal-aquaticscience.com/article_203228.html Social media platforms have been widely used as a communication tool where most of the population expresses their feelings and shares life experiences. Along with general information about the public, these platforms hold an ample amount of content related to depressed users and thus can generate sensitive social signals indicating if a person is suffering from some serious issues, such as self-harm, suicidal thoughts, or intention for an unlawful act. Early depression detection using advanced natural language processing (NLP), deep machine learning, and transfer learning techniques can assist in designing an efficient system to detect major depressive systems at an early stage. The current depression detection models are not enough to capture sensitive social signals indicating the true mood, personality, and behaviour of an individual. Thus, making the current systems unsatisfactory. To address this life-threatening human-health problem, we HV propose an efficient artificial intelligence (AI) and deep learning (DL)-based model for identifying depressed individuals on social media platforms. A Smart and Reliable Virtual Voice Assistant Using Machine Learning to Ease Our Task Efficiency https://www.journal-aquaticscience.com/article_203275.html Digitization brings new possibilities to ease our daily life activities by the means of assistive technology. Amazon Alexa, Apple Siri, Microsoft Cortana, Samsung Bixby, to name only a few were successful in the age of smart personal assistants (spas). A voice assistant is defined a digital assistant that combines artificial intelligence, machine learning Speech Recognition, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Speech Synthesis and various actuation mechanisms to sense and influence the environment. We use different NLP techniques to convert Speech to text (STT), then process the text, convert Text to Speech (TTS), add various functionalities. However, SPA research seems to be highly fragmented among different disciplines, such as computer science, human-computer-interaction and information systems, which leads to ‘reinventing the wheel approaches’ and thus impede progress and conceptual clarity. In this paper, we present an exhaustive, integrative literature review to build a solid basis for future research. Hence, we contribute by providing a consolidated, integrated view on prior research and lay the foundation for an SPA classification scheme. Instead of pattern recognition we use NLP techniques to recognize the text which is context based. Operates online as well as offline. Data is Stored in Application itself, reduces Time and Space Complexity. We are developing a system which recognizes the voice on the basis of dataset, and then the corresponding response will be given on the basis of input voice received by the user. There are three stages on which it prominently works: -pre-processing, classification and data extraction. Desktop voice assistant are programmes that use integrated voice systems to recognize and respond human voice. In the present study, an experimental and numerical investigation was conducted to improve the rectangular labyrinth weir performance. Labyrinth spillway is the effective and economical solution to increase the discharge by increasing the spillway crest length without an associated increase in structure width. Use of labyrinth spillway is particularly suited to sites where the spillway width and upstream water surface are limited and larger discharging capacities are required. Exprimental Study and Analysis of Labyrinth Weir https://www.journal-aquaticscience.com/article_203308.html Compound labyrinth weir is a new type of labyrinth weirs that consider a good applicable choice for increasing the capacity of discharge. The flow over a compound labyrinth weir is a complex problem because the flow behavior is three dimension. The present study aims to simulate the flow over the compound labyrinth weir into the critical regions that cannot be observed when using an experimental test. Labyrinth weirs are a type of weir that is folded in plan view to increase the total spillway crest length. This increased crest length results in a higher discharge capacity for a given head than a linear weir of the same width. Labyrinth weirs can be used to increase the discharge capacity of existing spillways or to provide more efficient spillways for new dams.   Experimental Study on Light Weight Concrete by Using LECA and Fly Ash https://www.journal-aquaticscience.com/article_203309.html This report presents experimental study on effect of partial replacement of coarse aggregate by Light weight coarse aggregate (LECA). LECA is also more or less similar to properties of coarse aggregate. LECA is used in concrete to minimize the demand of coarse aggregate and also in design of concrete structures, self-weight occupies very large portion of total load coming on the structures critically in cases such as weak soils and tall structures. Also impressive benefits in lessening density of concrete. And compare the weight of concrete and strength properties viz. cube compressive strength of light weight concrete against conventional concrete by partially replacing natural aggregates as LECA by 5%,10%,15% and 20%. As the percentage of LECA in concrete increases both slump values and compaction factor values are decreases at fresh concrete. As well as in hardened concrete density of concrete and compressive strength of concrete also decreases. One such waste material is fly ash, which is produced in large quantities from thermal power plants as a by-product. A substantial amount of fly ash is left unused posing environmental and storage problems. A Study on Burden of Proof in Criminal Cases -New Trends. https://www.journal-aquaticscience.com/article_217153.html India is rightly categorized as a common law country which has adopted the adversarial system of trials. In criminal cases, both the prosecution and the defense are represented by legally qualified persons. It is for them to command to their aid all the information in favour of the respective parties before another legally qualified person, the trial Judge, who is the pivot of the criminal justice system. Under both the adversarial system and the inquisitorial system of trial it is the trial Judge who has been given enormous powers to conduct the trials properly. The Public Prosecutor under the adversarial system is statutorily authorized to represent the prosecution while the defence counsel is authorized to do so on being permitted by the Judge. Also, the defence counsel may be allowed to put only such questions to the witnesses as may be permitted by the trial Judge. This is also the position under the inquisitional system. And it is generally asserted by both the systems that there is presumption of innocence and the burden of proof is on the person who asserts the statement. Under the adversarial system it is usually the prosecutor who makes the accusation and as such it is for him to discharge the burden of proving the accusation beyond reasonable doubt. The defence is also required to prove the facts if it has asserted them. Thus, both the systems have common features and rules of procedure. This paper tries to analyze the undue adherence to the fundamental principles and also throws light on the need for a change of outlook on presumption of innocence. Evaluation of by-catch discarded fishes during tiger prawn (Penaeus monodon) seed collection in Indian Sundarbans: implication for sustainable management https://www.journal-aquaticscience.com/article_130793.html Bycatch and discards are the serious problems of the fishing industry driving the reduction of resources and have a negative impact on biodiversity. The diverse biota of the largest delta, mangrove forest Sundarbans is utilized to a large extent as food and livelihood by the stakeholders. Tiger prawn seed collection is a key resource supply of the livelihood for Indian Sundarbans people. In course of the seed collection, assorted samples of non-target juveniles of fish species are destroyed as by-catch due to non -selective fishing gears and push nets. A total of 17 individuals, containing seven orders, ten families, were characterized. The diversity of the fish species ranged between 2.45 and 2.73 with corresponding evenness of 0.93 and 0.98. Among the fish species, the dominant species was Stolephorus dubiosus while Pseudapocryptes elongatus had the lowest abundance in the samples revealed through the non-metric multidimensional scaling (NMDS). Station Kantamari, assessed a most extreme number of prawn seed assortment during July - September, followed by Gosaba and Golabari. This study underscores the need to embrace suitable bycatch decrease gadgets in shrimp fishery, in addition, the requirement of fisheries the board guidelines in request to secure the non-target assets.
