Abstract
In the current study, the proposed CESP process will have global project view that will help to eliminate waste of resources in those earlier stages by rearranging the tasks that will required in earlier stages. Hence, reduces the overall projects time and cost. All that while maintaining the agility and flexibility desired by adopting the Agile methodology.
