This study aimed to identify the practice of teaching in the subjects of Malay-based edutainment approach in primary schools. A total of 35 pupils and ten teachers Malay of SK Sri Wangi, Gua Musang, Kelantan has been involved in the study. Data obtained from observations, interviews and document analysis were analyzed descriptively. The study identified the practice of teaching in the teaching of Malay-based edutainment in primary school based on the Theory of Constructivism. The study found that teachers lack edutainment approach to the teaching and learning of English in the teaching program is built. The findings also found that teachers did not provide teaching aids every time PdP took place. Teaching aids are only provided at certain times because teachers face some challenges such as lack of quality time to prepare them, especially while in school.
