In this paper, we introduce sα–closed sets in topological spaces. Properties of these sets are investigated and we introduce six new topological spaces namely, (i,j)-T, (i,j)-Ts ,(i,j)-T, (i,j)-sT, (i,j)-Tα , (i,j)-Tα spaces as applications. Further, we introduce and study (i,j)-sα– continuous and (i,j)-sα-irresolute maps.
