Abstract
The main objective of the study is to investigate the effect of employee satisfaction and organizational commitment. Accordingly, this paper attempts to review the articles and research papers based on employee satisfaction and organizational commitment on work at different institutions. In identifying the effect of employee satisfaction and their organizational commitment to work, the researcher incorporated a survey methodology in which the researcher did an in depth analysis into the relevant literature and sources. The analysis of relevant literature and discussion suggest that there is a better co-relation between these two variables namely employee commitment and satisfaction and organizational commitment.
