Abstract

Saliva Is Abundantly Delivered Within The Mouth And Saliva Collection Is A Relatively Easy Procedure. Therefore, Saliva Evaluation Might Be Considered As A Possible Alternative To Blood And/Or Tissue Analyses, For Researching Specific Molecule Associated To The Presence Of Systemic Diseases, Oral Diseases And Malignancies. Salivary Diagnosis Is Viewed As A Promising Modality That Can Provide An Early And Accurate Diagnosis.Saliva Has Several Advantages Over Serum And Tissue Fragments In Its Use As A Diagnostic Tool.
